Handling of most any size order. This
is our usual shipping. *Exception Due to the box size and weight of
Natracare Pads:
Any sized order that contains any
combination of 10 boxes or more of these Natracare Pads: Slender Pads,
Regular Pads, Super Pads or Night-Time Pads, then a higher shipping charge
will apply (and may ship UPS ground). If this exception is
confusing, don't worry, the the shopping cart automatically
calculates for shipping.
First Class Mail
U.S. & Canada Shipping &
Handling ONLY for
orders of one the following:
Either a Single Menstrual Pad order,
or a Single package order of Nursing Pads,
or up to 2 packages of Sea Pearls
Menstrual Sponges.

request Priority Mail by typing: "Ship with Priority Mail"

Pandora
Pads produces only the finest Cotton Menstrual and Nursing
Pads.
We want you, our customer, to be 100% satisfied
with our pads.
If you are trying a Pandora
Pads menstrual or nursing pad for the first time, we ask that you please launder
and try just one. If for any reason you are not satisfied, keep the
pad you tried as our gift. Please return the unlaundered, never worn pads
to us for a refund within 25 days.
Returns
Should there ever be a defect in any Pandora Pads
menstrual or nursing pad in your order, simply email us for a return merchandise authorization
(RMA). If your merchandise is damaged or broken you must contact
us for instructions. All returns MUST be accompanied by a return merchandise
authorization (RMA) from us. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days from that date item is received.
All returns must be accompanied by your receipt and a note
stating the problem. We will gladly replace the product or give
you a refund at our discretion. You must use the comments form to
request this by clicking on "Contact Us Here" at the bottom of any page. Shipping and Handling charges are
not refundable.
Please note that due to Health Department Regulations:
Natracare, Organic Essentials, Nutrition Now, Wishgarden, Pure Touch, Sea Pearls,
Thai or Restored Balance brand products cannot be returned. Please
contact applicable company concerning product returns or refunds.
Please note that we do not guarantee your satisfaction with any product
that is not manufactured by Pandora Pads. All sales are final for
items not manufactured by Pandora Pads.
