Goodhood x HERESY focuses on stone cutting

Goodhood, East London’s leading lifestyle store, and frequent Peckham collaborator HERESY have reunited once again, as an extension of the T-SHIRTNOW: Volume Two partnership for a capsule that highlights the stone cutting.
Using the work of South London-based stonecutter George Edwards, Goodhood and HERESY are offering both a long-sleeved and short-sleeved t-shirt, as well as a tote bag, zine and a sticker pack, centered on graphics and illustrations that were written by Edwards.
The visuals blend in nicely with the HERESY aesthetic, which often plays on folk tropes and mythology surrounding ideas from ancient tales and lifestyles. On the black t-shirt, for example, you’ll see stonecutting art unfolding with an ancient rock-carved bust printed on top, while the long-sleeved t-shirt features the HERESY and “HERESY” markings. Outsiders âalongside two symbolic sculptures, almost as if they were totems.
As mentioned, there is also a zine, comprising 28 A5 size pages bound on paper and stitched on horseback before being covered and centered around Edwards stonecutting, original sketches, wood carvings, photographs. landscape, etc. The sticker pack is pretty much the same, but here it shows more of HERESY’s tongue-in-cheek attitude.
The Goodhood and HERESY Limited Edition Capsule Collection can be seen above and is available for purchase in store or online at Goodhood.
In addition, the Supreme x JUNYA WATANABE COMME des GARÃONS MAN box logo hoodie is a Japanese exclusive.
